Karol oversees and maximizes the management of all YouTube channels in our remit – from our own channels to those of our creator clients. Karol’s expertise lies in developing scroll-stopping content strategies, optimizing channel performance, and driving subscriber growth. Karol also handles partnerships and analytics, to drive performance, and is particularly skilled at resolving ownership conflicts and safeguarding content against unauthorized duplication.

Katarzyna (Kasia for short) spearheads all BB Media license sales and acquisition efforts, bringing her unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to every engagement. Kasia expertly navigates the complexities of licensing agreements and securing valuable acquisitions, and her strong negotiation skills, business acumen, drive and dedication have enabled her to take ambitious client goals and make them a profitable reality.

Robert is one of BB Media’s expert digital rights managers and data analysts. His ability to gather insights and analyze metrics offers our clients a huge advantage when it comes to leveraging data to optimize performance and inform decision-making. Rober also leads on the protection of our clients’ intellectual property, enforces licensing agreements, and tracks content usage.
